"Real Life" Girls Groups

Processing group for girls, including various age-appropriate topics such as creativity, team building, body image and nutrition, coping skills and stress busters, self-esteem and self-identity, and social awareness. These groups will be conducted in a small intimate setting, offering social support and empowerment, where adolescents can feel comfortable to discuss issues surrounding the many transitions they face. Classes meet on Thursdays starting June 18th - August 6th from either 1:00-2:30 or 5:00-6:30, a total of 8 weeks. Ages 13-17. Session fee is $45.
