You are able to express and/or contain feelings which may be troublesome, examine behaviors that aren't working well, explore beliefs and values that underlie how you interpret reality, and connect more intimately with your spiritual resources. This group uses action techniques to assist you as you strive to make sense out of your life experience and live more fully in the present moment.
