Groups
Black Women's Psychotherapy Group
This weekly group provides a safe space in which women can explore issues such as loss, stress, relationships, sadness/anxiety, and spirituality. The meeting is particularly relevant for Black women who have an interest in examining how the intersecting dynamics of race, gender, class, and sexual orientation impact one's personal identity, interpersonal relationships, and sense of the world.

Compassion Focused Therapy
Compassion Focused Therapy (also offered individually) is time-limited (8 week course) and draws on evidence-based mindfulness and acceptance practices to address a range of issues including stress, depression, and anxiety. The approach is particularly useful in reducing shame and self-criticism, and for those who have adequate insight into struggles but continue to feel stuck and engage in ineffective behaviors. CFT helps increase self- and other-compassion, emotion regulation, capacity to face difficulties, and movement towards values and goals.
