In my professional practice, I support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, anger and relationship issues. I support individuals from adolescence through adulthood and find that most of my clients desire relief of mental health symptoms that have taken control of their lives.
As a therapist I value and respect each client and their particular mental health needs. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy interventions and skills to support enhanced quality of life and relationships.
