Shame can't survive if we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding. Healing is inherently relational. It is my belief that the longer a person is unable to repair broken attachment patterns and insecure attachment behaviors, the more likely it is that they will find these patterns and behaviors replicated in their adult relationships. My background in philosophy uniquely equips me to address existential concerns and the profound anxieties that accompany modern life, offering a powerful tool for navigating these challenges.

My passion for supporting fellow human beings across all ages, gender identities, and walks of life is at the core of my practice. I embrace a collaborative approach, integrating various therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each person, family, and couple I work with. I use an attachment lens with existential and humanistic interventions.

I believe that unresolved attachment issues, if left unaddressed, tend to surface in adult relationships, mirroring early relational traumas. This cycle perpetuates until an empathetic therapist provides a nurturing space for healing, which is essential for the individual’s progress and for preventing the transmission of these patterns to future generations.
