Hello fellow my "over-thinker" & "under-feeler" ... I see you. As a Latina woman, I understand that growing up in a culture that wasn't able to teach me how to identify, navigate and process what I was feeling, in order to understand who I was ... left me feeling "lost & stuck." You may be feeling symptoms of anxiety, depression and maybe even lacking to feel exciting emotions. A holistic approach will be utilized to gently guide you to a more open and trusting place, within yourself. I take pride in creating a non-judgmental, trusting and honest space for my clients to come as they are - in hopes they are able to start living the life they want to live, not the one they thought they "had" to.
