Are you looking to learn skills that can help you with stress, anxiety, and self-doubt? You are conscientious and smart, yet feel overwhelmed by high demands or new changes. I have also worked as a psychologist at the on-site Wellness Center of Facebook, providing counseling to its employees.

My primary practice is time-limited and skills-based therapy, at the same time creating space for reflection and deeper explorations. Most clients will see significant improvement after 8 to 15 sessions. I have received specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression, as well additional training in treating trauma.
