I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, passionate about helping people manage complex health conditions and overall wellness.
I specialize in chronic illness counseling with a subspecialty in counseling for autoimmune disorders and invisible illnesses such as narcolepsy, lupus, and more. During our time, we will work on ways to help you enhance self-compassion, develop skills to manage life stressors, and improve your overall well-being.
