I'm a firm believer that therapy is for everyone - no matter how scary or strange the process may be. In this safe environment, everyone will feel welcomed just as they are. Working through a trauma-informed lens, I have extensive training in working with fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community, while utilizing clinical, evidence based therapeutic modalities, including EMDR - all while using a secular approach. I primarily work with teens through their college years, and adults.

In my openhearted, warm, and safe space, my clients are welcomed as they are while being encouraged to be their authentic selves. We will process what you are thinking, and equip you with tools to help you achieve your goals. Currently, I offer private pay options, and I am in-network with Aetna, KS/MO Medicaid and MO/KS Ambetter plans.
