My name is Leslie and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Masters Degree in Counseling from Ottawa University. I work with clients 18 years of age and older and I pull from a variety of different therapeutic modalities including DBT, CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused Brief Therapy as well as Mindfulness and other holistic modalities.
