I offer a warm and safe environment within which we can explore your concerns, rediscover forgotten parts of yourself, and move towards wholeness. Together we can find alternative perspectives and solutions to life problems that have made you feel stuck. Our work can help you feel more connected to yourself, to others, and the world around you so that you feel more balanced and alive, able to reclaim your full capacity for joy.
My approach is holistic and integrative, including attachment based models such as DARe, emphasizing consideration for relational patterns informed by family and cultural experiences, including extended family and generational legacies. I also use mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing to facilitate integration and healing from trauma and chronic anxiety.
I specialize in healing and treating anxiety, a history of trauma, spiritual concerns, depression, relationship issues, difficult life transitions, and the yearning to experience more fulfillment and meaning in life. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
