My passion is to provide evidence based therapy to children and adults utilizing play in session as well as Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Accelerated resolution therapy (ART), and Person-centered therapy. I specialize in treating clients suffering with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and coping skills. In the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where they can share confidential information. Together as a team, the client (and family) and I will set goals for therapy and come up with a plan to help the client reach those goals.

My approach allows children to "play" out their emotions and pain utilizing sand, puppets, art, etc, as they process their feelings, improve coping skills, and increase pro-social behavior. In utilizing ART, I will help clients process their negative emotions related to their trauma using eye movements to provide relief from these symptoms.
