I have training and experience with a wide variety of mental health issues with additional training in working with clients who are or dealing with LGBTQ issues, having difficulty regulating emotionally due to borderline personality disorder, struggling with depression and/or anxiety, interested in recovery from addiction or maintaining sobriety.
Gestalt Therapy is a holistic experiential therapy that works relationally to build awareness and growth. Integral Coaching is a transformational process that teaches skills and tools for attaining goals. The combination is a powerful force for change.
