I have extensive experience in working with anxiety, mood, relationship issues and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). When we can take a step inward and understand ourselves (thoughts, feelings, behaviors) and why these patterns develop, we can truly feel self-compassion. Insight and self-compassion are essential in making lasting changes and free us to live the life we want.
I've been a therapist since 2008, certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and specializing in treating anxiety, mood, relationship issues and BPD. I combine techniques to help you explore and gain insight (let's make those "ah-hah!" moments happen!) while learning and implementing skills that help you live the life you deserve.
