Trauma 101
It will be a counseling group with the purpose of educating you in a supportive, communal environment on the basics of trauma. This will include learning how it affects your brain chemistry, your interactions with others, and how it affects your body. I will teach proven, practical coping skills and other kinds of evidenced based trauma coping skills that will help you better understand yourself, heal, and live a better life! Let’s walk on this journey together! This will be a virtual group starting on August 5th
