I am a trauma-informed, relational therapist. I enjoy helping my clients improve their relationships with themselves and others. I approach therapy from a gentle, yet direct, place to help clients find hope in the midst of suffering. My practice is informed by a belief that all humans are worthy of compassion and acceptance, and I invite my clients to show up exactly as who they are. I am committed to being anti-racist, body positive, sex positive, and affirming of the LGBTQIA+ population.
I work with adult individuals with issues related to relational and attachment trauma, stress, anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, fertility/infertility, romantic relationships, sexual health. I work with couples adjusting to becoming new parents, navigating intimacy and communication issues, and those who are interested in premarital work.
I have completed training in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and utilize both methods to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and negative views of self.
