I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to offer guidance, support, and tools to help you navigate through your challenges. My approach is grounded in transparency, fostering an open and honest therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Together we will collaboratively work on goals, whether you're seeking relief from anxiety, coping with a life transition, or working through past traumas.

I have experience working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, eating disorders, substance abuse, gender/sexual identity issues, grief, and life transitions. I use an integrative approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Cultural Therapy, and mindfulness strategies.

Therapy is about going at YOUR pace. I am here to support and guide you through processing stressful life events in order to build resilience at the pace you feel most comfortable at. I am so excited to connect with you and help make this process less overwhelming.
