With a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and as a licensed therapist in 2 states, my experience includes working in private practice as well as a substance abuse rehabilitation center. I have specialized training to work with couples utilizing Gottman principles and treating anxiety and OCD with exposure therapy. I welcome everyone to my practice and treat many issues. I am also a certified Trauma Professional.
My approach to therapy is to collaborate with you and set goals to work at your pace. I am direct and genuine but also non-judgmental. I generally work with children at least 10 years old as well as teens and parents, adults, couples, families, the elderly and veterans.
