One of the terrible things about mental health related issues is the darkness that tries to silence your voice. It may feel like a hand tightening around you; you can’t breathe, you can’t speak, and if you do not loosen its grip and fight it off you, you may even lose your life to it. It does not want you to reach out for help. It wants you to suffer in silence because the more you try to fight it off alone, the more exhausted you will become. That is where I come in. If you have been silently suffering alone, be it depression, anxiety, trauma, or grief, let me help you. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is accept help.

I specialize in helping adolescents and adults work through anxiety, depression, and trauma related issues. I desire for my clients to walk away feeling seen and heard. I am committed to celebrating every small win with you until you reach your goals.
