As a Queer therapist and spiritual companion, I like to do things a little differently. At this time in my career, I’m mostly working with beloved humans who are bravely journeying through deconstructing their religion of origin and are wanting to explore a spirituality beyond religion. I’m doing this because it was part of my story and was a life-altering transformation I wrestled on my own. The good news for me was coming out the other side as my truest self, and with a new expansive spirituality that feeds my seeker-soul and fills me with awe and wonder (without the rules and guilt/shame). You’re not alone! You belong here.
As both a licensed therapist with over 10 + years of individual and group experience and a certified spiritual director/companion, I am able to help you both connect more deeply with yourself, improve your mental health, and build a community in a holistic way. Clients experience me as warm, humorous, uniquely gifted in group work, and authentically human.
It can feel risky to put yourself out there, whether it be for individual therapy, spiritual companioning, or group work. Please know that it is my goal to guide you through this journey with as much gentleness and grace as possible. In our new post-pandemic world, we can’t move forward and heal on our own.
