I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety, and EMDR Therapy. EMDR is highly effective at treating PTSD, and can also be applied to other issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, disordered eating, low self-esteem and dysfunctional relationships. EMDR can help you resolve past trauma, negative patterns, stress and anxiety.
I became a therapist because I have experienced personally the profound transformation that can happen in counseling, and I am passionate about helping others experience it too.
