I counsel individuals who discover their neurodivergence later in life. We process how they experienced life in their families. I open space for emotions to emerge as we explore neurodiversity implications. I assist in celebrating strengths and identifying executive functioning tools via inclusive therapy to better understand what your brain needs to thrive.
Counseling neurodiverse individuals and couples is my passion.
