February 10-12, 2023. "Your Relationship Roadmap" is psychoeducational workshop that brings neurodiverse couples together for education, conversation, and hands-on problem-solving. We engage in learning together in a number of different ways, including presentations, group discussions, guided couples dialogues (private/off camera), and individual reflection worksheets. $500 per couple, $100 discount before January 30th. Starts April 6, 2023. "Becoming Twice Compassionate" is a supportive online course that meets live via zoom. Come together with other spouses and partners of adults on the autism spectrum to learn how self-compassion and autism-compassion can help you experience greater peace within yourself and increased connection with your partner. Each session will include experiential exercises, prompts for self-reflection, group discussion, and educational content.
