My job is to assist you in using your own self-knowledge to draw on your unique strengths and personal resources to respond to your challenges. We'll work together to put problems into a workable perspective and to create a realistic plan for addressing those problems.
Our emotions influence every minute of every day, from how effectively we work or study, to our comfort level with interactions with others -or with ourselves. In therapy, we'll learn how to recognize and respect the emotions that come up, and respond in a productive way helps you move in a direction that is productive and fulfilling for you.
