This on-line group is for adult participants 18 years old and over (a teen/child group possibly will be added with enough interest). This group will provide practical techniques and strategies to manage stress and anxiety that is increased with the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective is to mitigate worry and rather replace with plans and a sense of control personally in the unknown times. This group will become a support system and a safe place to find encouragement, healthy ways to manage anxiety and how to make healthy choices and ways of coping.
