I work with children, teens, and adults in the context of individual, family, and couples therapy, and groups.

I specialize in the integrative and holistic treatment of anxiety, depression, chronic pain and illness, health issues, life transitions, trauma, intimacy and relationship issues. I combine therapy techniques and coaching with limbic system retraining, neural re-wiring, Neuro-Emotional Technique and other applied kinesiology techniques for faster results.

Neuro-Emotional Technique Level III Certified. ART 1 &2. Philadelphia Child & Family Therapy Training Center 3 yrs, 3 yr intensive training with the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia, 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program. 8 week intensive somatic/movement & expressive arts training. Integrative Medicine for Mental Health provider.
