For girls and boys ages 13-17 who need to learn healthy coping skills and develop self esteem. (Includes, but not limited to, adolescents with Depression, Cutting and Anxiety diagnosis.) Girls and Boys meet separately. We use modern techniques including DBT & CBT combined with creative, fun approaches to help your teen develop important life skills.
