I am a developmentally informed, trauma aware therapist that utilizes EMDR. I use therapeutic methods including mind-body bridging, existential, sensory processing, experiential interventions, psychodrama, CBT, creative arts, DBT and ACT.

Untamed Transcendence
Entering into wild ride of self-discovery and growth. Lauren & Leah (trauma informed breath-work certified sound practitioner) will take you on an 8 week journey through an intentionally curated women’s group. Traditional process group therapy will be paired with experiential groups, sound healing and/or breath-work for a diverse healing journey. By the end of this course you may have a deeper understanding of yourself, your purpose, why you are the way you are, paired with skills to support you in the healthiest version of your life.
