I offer individual and group counseling for adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image, as well as relational issues and domestic violence. I have a holistic approach to therapy, and value physical, spiritual, emotional and relational components of each individual's life and how they impact overall wellness.
