I know how hard it can be to keep going when unexpected challenges turn into deep disappointments and heartache, leaving you feeling lost and disconnected from yourself, others, and the life you thought you’d be living. I provide compassionate listening, use creative and evidence-based methods, seek to truly understand and support your values, and teach tools you can use in your daily life to feel better - even in the midst of great emotional pain.
Our work together often includes mindfulness or relaxation skills, education and experiential practices, leveraging your own inner strengths, and working together to navigate what you’re facing in a healthier and more sustainable way. Much of my work focuses on grief and loss which encompasses a multitude of changes in our lives and world.
I do this work because I get what it’s like to feel in complete despair, and I bring years of experience to the table. We are not meant to face our hardships alone.
