Helping teens find their own strength is my passion. I am excited about empowering them and others to make healthy changes in their own lives. Right now, we’re seeing many teens struggle with anxiety and depression, in addition to the regular stresses of life. I help them process their trauma and build a great life while working through their depression and anxiety.
Therapy is not “one size fits all”. I use an eclectic approach, including creative based therapies, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral approaches, and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques. My clients gain coping tools, improve self-esteem and self confidence, making them feel more connected to themselves and others.
