It’s really hard to be a human sometimes, especially during the years where you are growing and changing the most: you're learning who you are and how you fit into the world, and often feel lost and anxious. The kids, teens, and young adults I help want to feel more calm, leave panic and anxiety behind, and gain confidence in who they are.
I support young people and families who are worried and overwhelmed. I help explore patterns that are hard to see, help build skills to manage all those “what if”s that anxiety asks, and am a supportive and caring presence. I also have training in tackling intrusive thoughts and compulsions, and helping families communicate more effectively.
