Difficult conversations are my specialty. I offer a compassionate & accepting space for my clients to explore the stressors that keep them from being who they want to be. The adults & adolescents that I work with often come to me feeling stuck & uncertain about how to best navigate important decisions in their lives. By connecting to your desires, your needs, & yourself, you can learn to put yourself first & live your life for you. Throughout this process, you can count on me to shine a light on even the littlest of wins while you experiment with new ways of navigating the world.

I’m passionate about helping teens, adults & couples going through emotional difficulties resulting from low self-esteem, ADHD, anxiety, phobias, OCD, communication issues and LGBTQIA+ identities. Together, we can discover the best way for you to accept & cope with your emotions in a way that’s uniquely tailored to your experiences & strengths.

As a queer bi-racial neurodivergent woman, I know how difficult it can be to acknowledge, love & accept all parts of yourself. I also know the joy you can experience once you commit to the practice. My full session fee is $200; I also offer sliding scale rates starting at $125 for individuals. I am not currently accepting new couples clients.
