Those challenges can lead us to feeling overwhelmed or stuck whether that be due to relationship troubles, parenting struggles or any other reason. If you have found yourself in a pattern that is not allowing you to grow in the ways you want, I may be the right therapist for you. My clients often come to me when they are emotionally drained and just want to feel better and function better. I am here to walk alongside you and help untangle your thoughts and emotions, regardless of the reason or root cause.

Aside from Depression, Anxiety and stress, I specialize in trauma, ADHD, domestic violence/relationship issues, parenting struggles, prenatal and postpartum struggles, personality disorders and family members as well.
I utilize emotional and cognitive processing with coping skills like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and others, that help in the moment and for the long game.
