Are you struggling to connect and communicate with your partner or loved ones? I will walk alongside you as we develop new ways of building healthy relationships with those around you. A lot of my clients have been stuck repeating the same patterns over and over and are ready to find a path toward healing and connection. My hope is to offer a safe haven where you can take the risks that are needed to challenge these old cycles. Together we can find a way back to safe and secure connection. We will work together so that you leave counseling feeling empowered and confident in your relationship with yourself and others.
I have training in multiple attachment-based models that are specifically geared toward helping individuals and couples find safety and security in themselves and their relationships. My tools and expertise help me be fully attuned to your experience, which in turn helps us explore the emotions behind behaviors and patterns that no longer serve you.
Once you can find a safe haven in yourself and your closest relationships, you can let go of fear and breathe deeply knowing that you are supported and loved.
