Learn to cope with difficult emotions, improve potential for healthy and successful relationships, reduce impulsive and destructive behaviors, increase self acceptance, focus, self awareness and cultivate the ability to make better decisions. Music is engaging, fun, & helps us remember things! This group is open to teens ages 13-18. $60 per group. Re-enrollment every 8 weeks, minimum of 8 group commitment Tuesdays at 5pm

Eating Disorder Support Group
This virtual group is open to those in later stages of recovery from an eating disorder, or highly motivated clients in early stages of recovery. Group is led by a fully licensed therapist and focuses on various recovery topics each week. There is an emphasizes on coping skills, hope, inspiration, education, support and work toward successful navigation of the many barriers that arise during the process of recovery. With a supportive community, all things are possible! Group is at 8am PST and facilitated by Kimberly Bernstein LCSW
