I specialize in couples work and life adjustments. I offer gender-affirming care and welcome individuals from the trans and non-binary community. Other key areas of focus include Self-Esteem, Communication Training, Emotional Regulation, Premarital & Couples Counseling, Identify Formation, Self-Compassion, Religious Trauma, and Abortion Grief and/or Trauma.
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS, "parts work") and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches. I am Level 2 Gottman Certified, enabling me to provide effective, research-based couples therapy.
