I believe everyone is living their unique life story with its highs and lows. In moments of distress, confusion, and loss, I am honored to come alongside you and help you write a better story for your future. Whether you're struggling with relationships, emotional upheaval, or traumatic loss, I desire to provide the support and skills that will enable you to find hope and healing.

I work with children, adolescents, individuals, and families to find ways of coping with the challenges of life. Through a collaborative counseling relationship, I help clients find new patterns of relating to themselves and others. My Christian worldview shapes my approach and I am open to incorporating spirituality into therapy.

I also use my training and experience as a missionary kid to help missionaries, military personnel, and other highly mobile individuals with the complexities of cross-cultural living, as well as the challenges of reentry to the US. I provide the support you need to be successful both on and off the field.
