I offer marriage counseling to people of all ages and stages, whether you’re just starting out or have celebrated many years together. If you’re struggling with mental health symptoms due to a breakup, divorce, infidelity, or feeling uncertain about your relationship, I can help. I will provide you with the tools to navigate these moments with confidence.

For individuals who have experienced trauma and are struggling with anxiety and depression, I can help. I also assist those facing career burnout, family conflicts, or challenges with dating and intimacy.
