My passion is to help children and parents strategically and collaboratively navigate the many challenges of life both inside and outside of the family. If you your child struggles with depression, anxiety, flexibility, frustration tolerance, emotion regulation, or problem solving, I can help build a foundation of resilience to put them on a path to success. Being a parent is hard! If you need a nonjudgmental space to process your experience while also learning communication and parenting skills, let's talk! I also support adults who have experienced trauma, grief, or hardships related to any other major transitions.
I have training in both directive and non-directive therapies, which allows me to prescribe treatment based on the unique needs of each individual. My certification in TF-CBT and training in EMDR uses a brain-based approach to resolving trauma.
