If you are ready to move forward in your life and need someone who you can trust in their expertise and experience, I am the right provider for you. I specialize in treating trauma especially abuse, assaults, domestic violence and injuries. I can attend to the specific needs of police officers, first responders, veterans. I am a proud support of survivors of childhood abuse and sexual abuse/ exploitation, provider for California Victims of Crime Compensation.
I am primarily an EMDR and DBT therapist but will shift to match the needs of my clients. I am excellent at teaching grounding and coping skills development, my clients tend to be curious but intimidated by EMDR/ reprocessing their trauma. I can ensure that you feel comfortable moving forward, the results are proven and can change your life.
If you would like to reach out to see if I am the right therapist for you, I am easy to reach and respond back quickly. A free phone or video consult can answer questions and make super you feel comfortable with me.
