I provide effective treatments for issues including but not limited to: trauma, emotional, physical and sexual abuse, anxiety, career stress, depression, grief, anger and mood regulation, conflict resolution, self injurious behavior, relationship issues, LGBTQ issues, parent-child relationship conflict, and coping skills for adjusting to big life changes.
