Many of life's challenges lead people to seek therapy. Therapy allows clients to talk in a secure setting about their concerns, to learn better coping skills, & to find solutions to their problems. I strive to reduce stigma around treatment & assist clients in rebuilding their lives. I think it's vital to meet each client where they are at and focus on their strengths. Clients describe me as: compassionate & trustworthy. I consider myself to be an encouraging & direct person. I use an eclectic approach to meet each client's needs.

I work with those suffering from depression or mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, relational, social & self-esteem issues; and also those close to someone suffering from substance use disorder or mental illness. I counsel clients with work or school difficulties, family and lifetime adjustments, abuse & bereavement.

I have 15 years of experience as a dually-licensed Substance abuse and Mental health counselor. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults through individual counseling. I specialize in treating clients suffering from substance use disorders, as early recovery often comes with many lifestyle changes.
