My work as an adult mental health provider can be a supportive and gentle antidote to this paralysis and fear. I believe in being kind, direct and action-oriented in therapy, and I look forward to helping you find a direction, and confidence in your direction, in our time together.

I have a particular specialty in working with the LGBTQ+ community, young adults in early career years, and those navigating transitions around parenthood, infertility and loss. I want to work together to develop a treatment plan that covers the concerns you bring to the table as well as the timeline that feels most comfortable.
