I am the owner of Life Solutions Services, a practice focused on providing a wide range of services including psychotherapy, hypnoyherapy, medication management and outpatient opioid detox, provided by skilled and experienced clinicians. I often say to our new clients that it takes a lot of courage to reach out and begin their journey towards better mental health. When you finally make the decision to contact a therapist and schedule your first appointment, you are beginning to regain some control over your life. Our main specialties are: relationships (couples, family), depression, anxiety, trauma, first responders/military, grief/loss, substance abuse and working with the LGBTQ community (particularly Gender Dysphoria). We only use scientifically based approaches like EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Discernment Counseling.
We are compassionate and straightforward and we believe therapy should be a collaborative relationship between the clinician and the client. We provide in person and online psychotherapy and medication management. Lastly, we can provide supervision to Clinical Social Workers in the state of Florida.
