I am a caring, empathetic therapist with over 20 years experience who can help with relationship issues, reducing anxiety and stress, and improving depressive symptoms. I can also help with addictive behaviors--drugs and alcohol, food--to help you to understand and reduce these behaviors. We can work together short-term or solution-focused, or I can offer supportive, on-going therapy. We can explore the obstacles that may be holding you back from the life you want to live. I am currently accepting new patients.
