Healing wounds from the past while juggling all of the responsibilities of today can leave you feeling lost, stuck, or like there simply has to be more to life than endlessly repeating this cycle. I specialize in helping people unpack all of the heavy stuff, sort through it, and figure out what to leave behind in order to create a meaningful path forward. I am currently licensed to provide services to clients in the states of Missouri, Colorado, Vermont, Maine, Florida and South Carolina.
