Welcome. Reaching out for help can be difficult. Your first step in the process is now complete! I operate from a client-centered compassionate style of counseling. With 20 years counseling experience my desire is to provide my clients a safe environment to explore the primary problems and the issues that lie beneath. I believe in treating the whole person (mental, emotional, spiritual and relationships.)
I treat those with addiction issues as well as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and grief. I am in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare. I can also provide documentation for you to submit reimbursement for other insurance carriers. I am available for in-office visits or telehealth.
I am Christian-oriented and will use it to any degree my client desires (including not at all.) My goal is to provide my clients emotional wellness and a sense of inner-peace.
