I use various modalities, including Rapid Resolution Therapy to address what may be blocking desired change.

I am active in sessions, helping you experience yourself and life in new ways. I would be honored to support you through growth, exploration, and transition in any area of your life. I work with adults, couples, and older teens. If you like dogs, you will love Wilma and Bam-Bam. They will greet you when we meet in person, and snuggle if you want.
