While I enjoy working with everyone, as a queer and GNC therapist, I specialize in working with queer/trans teens & adults. I appreciate creating a comfortable & geeky space where you can show up as yourself.
Starting therapy can be scary, so we'll remove the pressure by connecting in what feels comfortable like gamifying chores and analyzing TV. I will help you be more in touch with your emotions and share them with others. Together we'll fill your mental toolbox with techniques for stopping unhelpful habits, understand where they came from and build routine.

New! Therapeutic Dungeon & Dragons for Teens
Enter a world of myths and legends that reacts to your actions while you and your party try to save the fantasy world and learn how to better interact with others in the real one. This group is meant to provide a safe space for teens to develop social-emotional skills, build confidence & problem solve while roleplaying. Slay dragons, displacer beats, and your own social anxiety. No prior D&D experience is required! The group will begin August 20, meet for 12 sessions and equity pricing is available.
